V2 indicator is stronger, with a contrasting pointer.
The design issue with the Timemore dial is that the indicator is on the side of the body while the numbers are in front of the dial.
Most indicators I've seen are magnetic, which means sourcing tiny magnets which still easily fall off.
This indicator simply slips around the body of the grinder.
Note: You may need to tune your printer tolerances if you choose to print this piece.
